The Toddy Commercial System uses an engineered and patented cold-water "brewing" process to produce outstanding cold-brewed coffee and tea. The end product is smooth, yet full-bodied and aromatic.

This non-electric brewer's claim to fame is in its ability to brew a low acid coffee - approximately 67% less acid than traditionally brewed coffees. Many coffee afficionados prefer this for a naturally sweet tasting cold coffee, chai or tea beverage. Perfect served over ice, or as an iced latte, blended or frozen drink.
How to Brew with the Toddy Commercial System:
- Grind 2.3kg of coffee coarsely and add it to the filter.
- Place the Toddy Lift in the container (legs down), then position the filter on top.
- Slowly pour 12L of cold water, ensuring all grounds are evenly saturated.
- After 12 hours, open the spigot to decant the concentrate into storage containers.
- Dilute to taste, serve, and enjoy.
