About Us

Bean Addicted is New Zealand's leading distributor of specialty coffee accessories and equipment, bringing exceptional products, technical expertise, and innovation to the industry.

Since becoming the exclusive New Zealand distributor for Urnex Brands in 2006, we've grown to represent over 20 internationally recognised brands trusted by coffee professionals worldwide — including Hario, Kalita, Timemore, Urnex, Clever, Pallo, Crema Pro, Origami, Cafec, and Airflow. We're also proud to offer our own house brands, Barista Ace and Brew Ace, developed to meet the everyday needs of cafés and coffee professionals.

We're led by Chris Innes, a coffee industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience across roasting, equipment service, and operations. That depth of knowledge shapes everything we do — from the brands we choose to represent, to the support we offer every customer.

Based in Christchurch, our warehouse and showroom supply and showcase our full range to coffee companies, wholesalers, franchises, cafés, and retailers across New Zealand.

Quality. Reliability. Expertise. That's Bean Addicted.
