The filter paper maintains its strength when wet, allows the coffee to be filtered at a proper rate and as no other components are used this makes it 100% natural.
The filter is bonded without the use of any glues or chemicals, and the paper stock is certified dioxin-free. Clever brand uses an oxygen-based whitening process which produces a totally chlorine free paper.
