This sturdy commercial size knock bin is made from hard wearing polypropylene. It can be easily separate into three parts for easy and thorough cleaning, and includes a barista cloth that attaches to the either side of the knock bin via carabiner hook. Small vents at the base of the knock bin prevent a vacuum seal from forming once a plastic bag has been placed inside.
